Phone Banking

Access to your money is just a phone call away!

PAL Automated Account Access gives you free access to your accounts at Cross Valley FCU anytime, day or night, 7 days a week using any touch-tone phone. By entering your account number and a custom PIN (Personal Identification Number), you’ll be able to perform a variety of transactions.


  • Get account balances

  • Review account history

  • Make funds transfers

  • Hear a list of cleared checks or last deposits

  • Process withdrawals by check

  • And much more


  • Dial (570) 823-6836, and select Option 1 and Option 1 again

  • You will be greeted by the system and asked to choose which language you would like to use. The default language is English. However, the system will give you the option to choose Spanish

  • Next, you will be prompted to enter your account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number)

  • Now you may choose the information you are looking for by using the following menu. Download PAL Phone Menu to help you navigate through the prompts
